Nowadays, the customs clearance of goods is carried out mainly at the following main ports: Cat Lai Port, Da Nang Port, Hai Phong Port.

For air transportation, Import and export commodities are mostly handled through customs clearance at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN), Da Nang Airport (DAD), and Noi Bai Airport (NOI) (HAN).

CUSTOMS DECLARATION PROCESS

Step 1: Receiving the request

Receive information of goods from customers such as: Bill, Invoice, Packing list, C/O, License (for conditional import and export items),…

Step 2: Checking document

Document team checks documents, HS codes, taxes, and import and export permits (If any), … then informs customers to revised information if any wrong.

Step 3: Making Customs Declaration

Customs declaration department makes a draft customs sheet-> Send to the customer for checkinh-> Customer confirms the draft one-> Officially declare

Step 4: Clearace Customs at seaport or airport

Operation team receives the shipment –> Prepare documents –> Go to the seaport or airport –> Making customs clearance procedures at the port.

Customs clearance time is from 24h to 48h depending on the type of goods and the complexity of the shipment.

Step 5: Delivery to customer warehouse

Arrange the delivery time in accordance with the customer’s schedule and deliver to their warehouse.

Step 6: Transfer documents

Customer service team will summarize the documents -> Making debit note and then deliver the original document to customer via express.
